I really understand your frustration but, with this attitude I seriously doubt you will resolve your issue. The reason they are asking you these questions is that with every system even the tiniest tweak, setting, etc... could be causing the issue. Even if they got the same MB & same RAM model, still they won't be able to replicate your problem 100%.
Simply cause your RAMs ran on your previous DH77__ system, doesn't necessarily mean they will run flawlessly on your DH87__
From one end user to another, I strongly advise you to take it easy, & start your troubleshooting on your system.
You can start by making sure that your RAMs are running on 1333Mhz with voltages set to 1.5v
Go into windows, control panel, Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool, start a stress test on your RAMs for a couple of hours. If it works then increase the MHz to 1600. Post the results here & take it one step at a time. Eventually, everything can be solved.
