I dont know how but it worked now in firefox (it keeps crashing in ie). Probably has something to do that I formatted my pc. The "fun" thing is that the driver updater didnt encountered a driver because he didnt recognized the chipset, it just said "this driver is valid".
About java, it does needs java. At least it prompted and asked for permission to enable the plugin and then permission to run.
