[HELP]About “enableIoT.com”: "My Chart" cannot be displayed normally

Hello everyone:

I did IoT test followhttps://software.intel.com/en-us/node/530661

At the beginning, all is working correctly.When I test it use "iotkit-admin observation temp 35",the "enableiot.com" can receive data(figure 1) ,but "My Chart" cannot be displayed normally(figure 2), I am confused and need your help.

What should i do now?
