Well .... If you complain enough, and poke around enough, you find the solution .....
On the Yoga ... Open Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter Settings > WiFi (in my case a Netgear75) > Properties > Uncheck Netgear Firewall Driver.
I will now check with Netgear about updating the driver &/or their other solutions.
