Two problems with your response;
1. The Miracast standard supports higher refresh rates at 1080p, why is Windows 8.1 the only operating system where this has been lowered to 30hz (A technical response to why 60hz is impossible like is done on Windows 8 not just the one line they gave you to copy and paste).
2. I among others are having huge issues with the aspect ratios and display cropping as this is non adjustable with a slider like in all previous versions of windows you are able to. What is the reason behind this major loss of functionality? Please don't tell me its a setting on my TV, I've been dealing with this sub-competent support for over a month trying to get these two issues addressed and so far you have failed to provide any help or tried to get in contact for further information to debug the issues.
Very disappointed that a so called upgrade to Windows 8.1 has rendered my Miracast/Widi devices useless due to huge quality issues due to these limitations.
