Thanks for the information, but the xHCI controller does not provide enough USB bandwidth for our devices. We have resolved this issue previously with another workstation using the Haswell chipset by the vendor providing us a utility that changes the mode on the port from xHCI to eHCI. The BIOS documentation provided for the NUC shows a setting to change this mode, however the option does not appear in the BIOS. I am already running the most current BIOS on the device.
